Laura has been a licensed real estate agent for over ten years. She thrives on the details of a real estate transaction and likes to “check the boxes,” to write a solid contract and negotiate for her clients. She describes a perfect workday as a day that starts with coffee and ends with a contract.
Laura loves the enthusiasm of first time home buyers. And, with semi- retired parents and in-laws, she understands the emotional side of buyers who make the decision to downsize.
Laura has lived in Colorado for most of her adult life and has still not mastered the art of parallel parking. She and her husband currently live outside of the Denver-metro area with their family and dogs; her oldest “child” recently made the move to downtown Denver.
In her free time Laura and her family play tennis and prefers to ski on warm weather days. She survived back to back ½ marathons and decided two half marathons equals the sweat equity a full marathon. She loves to do DIY projects on her own home and is a regular contributor on several national home & lifestyle publications.
Laura can often be seen negotiating with her Bernese Mountain dog on local trails, and she and her family support local and national charities including animal rescue groups, Catholic Charities and the Regis Jesuit community. Laura likes to surround herself with people who are kind, smartish and funny.
Let’s start with coffee...
